Constructed of silvered zink alloy with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed and blue enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central blue enameled disc overlaid by a circular oak leaf wreath topped by a German national eagle clutching a
