A First Model Wehrmacht Pith Helmet 1942 Auction Archive Sicily and ItalyA First Model Wehrmacht Pith Helmet 1942 Marked RF, dated 1941, size 57, solid construction with green felt exterior, red felt interior, and leather sweat band exhibiting minor soiling and wear. Dark leather band on rim is complete. Matching leather chin stap, period use with only minimal cracking. Both interior and exterior show no mothing, overall better than very fine.
