A rare Kriegsmarine Admiralinspekteur (Inspector Admiral) command flag, constructed of a weather hardened cotton blended base, featuring a dyed and double sided design consisting of a black Cross Patte superimposed over a white background, bearing by a golden yellow German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with feathering and details highlighted in black, in turn overlaying a crossed pair
