The composition is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin
and fleshy persistence filed down nicely by fine and savoury tannins
Bodegas Valdemar Conde de Valdemar Rioja Blanco (Viura, Verdejo) (screw cap) 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case raisins dipped in chocolate70% Viura, 15% Verdejo, 10% Sauvignon Blanc y 5% Tempranillo Blanco. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 16 C for 15 days and ageing on the lees.
